This project is one of the unique projects in Ludhiana , the planning for this house is called inward planning , in this type of house there is a huge internal courtyard which is used as central element. This house is like traditional houses with huge courtyard in the centre which is used for many activities.

The house’s distinctive feature is its concrete roof, which gives the impression that it is hovering above and makes a strong statement to observers. The triangular roof pattern is a prominent design element that can be seen across the entire house.

While the vertical window slits create a play of light in the interior courtyard of the house, the facade of the house has been left solid to preserve the privacy of the property.
